You've outgrown a job that won't pay you more
You're good at what you do, you work hard, and the ceiling is somebody else's decision. You want your income tied to your effort instead of a review cycle.
I'm Liz Pabich. I take people with no industry background from licensing, to their first sale, to an agency with their own name on it. You get the full layout, the training, and the support — and what you build belongs to you.
Before you book anything
Most people find this career through a vague message about "an opportunity." That's not how I want to start with you. Read both columns. If the left side sounds like the life you want and the right side isn't a dealbreaker, we should talk.
What this is
What this isn't
That's the thing I set out to change. You get the training, the system, and a leader who's still selling — and you use it to build your own book, your own team, your own name. I'll show you exactly what to do. What you build is yours to keep.
Who does well here
They have something harder to teach. These are the three profiles that come in and take off.
You're good at what you do, you work hard, and the ceiling is somebody else's decision. You want your income tied to your effort instead of a review cycle.
Kids, caregiving, a move, a health season. Work from home on the days you need to and come into the office when you want the room. Either way, the week bends around your life.
You're tired of door knocking, recycled leads, and comp that quietly favors everyone above you. You want a straight answer about what you'd be paid and why.
How you start
We are not a recruiting-first agency. You learn to sell and you master it before you ever bring someone on — because you can't teach a skill you don't have. This is the same path every agent on my team walked.

A short call with me or one of my hiring managers. You ask hard questions, I give straight answers, and we both decide honestly whether it's a fit. No pressure to commit on the call.
You complete your state's life insurance pre-licensing course and pass the state exam. Most people finish in a few weeks around their current job. I'll walk you through the process and check in as you go.
You get contracted with our carriers, learn the products and the script, and sit in on live appointments before you run your own. Live team calls, recorded training, and direct access to me. You are not handed a phone and left alone.
This is the priority, and it's where most of your first year lives. You learn the craft, write consistent business, and get genuinely good at helping families. Nobody here builds a team before they can produce.
Once you're producing consistently, you start bringing on and training your own agents — teaching a skill you've actually mastered. That's when this stops being a job and starts being an agency you own.
Our culture
This is the part I'm proudest of, and the part you can't put in a contract. Nobody here is competing against you. Your win is the room's win, and the room shows up for you on the hard weeks too.

Stuck mid-appointment or second-guessing a case? Someone picks up. You never have to figure it out alone to look competent here.
A first sale gets the same energy as a record month. We're loud about each other's progress, on purpose.
There's no fixed pie here and no internal politics to survive. When you grow, everyone around you grows with you.
See it for yourself
You shouldn't have to take a stranger's word for it. Start with the company overview — it covers how this works end to end.
Straight answers
No. Most of my agents come in unlicensed. You'll take your state's pre-licensing course and sit for the state exam. There's a course fee and an exam fee that vary by state, and I'll tell you what yours are on our call.
Commission, as a 1099 independent contractor. There's no base pay and no cap. I won't quote you an income number on a website — anyone who does is guessing. On our call I'll explain how the commission structure works so you can do the math yourself.
No, and you shouldn't try to early. Selling comes first here. You master the craft, write consistent business, and only then build a team — because you can't train someone in a skill you haven't developed yourself. Plenty of our agents choose to stay producers, and that's a real career.
Both are available. Some of the team is fully remote, some are in the office most days, and plenty go back and forth depending on the week. You'll get the same training and support either way.
No. You'll work with people who have already requested information about coverage. Building a business off your personal contacts isn't a business, and it's not how we train.
Yes, and plenty of people do while they finish out a current job. Be realistic with yourself about the hours you can protect each week — that's the single biggest predictor of how your first 90 days go.
It means the book of business you write and the team you eventually develop are attached to you, not borrowed. You're an independent contractor building your own operation with our carriers, our training, and our support behind it. I'll walk you through exactly how the structure works on our call.
It's a conversation, not a pitch. I'll ask about your background and what you're looking for, walk you through the role and the comp, and answer anything you throw at me. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that on the call.
One call. Real numbers, real expectations, and an honest answer either way.
